This course will identify concerns we see all too often in pharmacy poor accounting fundamentals. Fundamentals are key for tax planning. Also, will discuss areas of tax law applicable for pharmacies that are often overloading by those unfamiliar with the industry.

Learning Objectives:
1. Explain the components of an accounting system and why its important to tax planning.
2. Discuss key changes with the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act that impact pharmacies.
3. Overview key tax planning opportunities for 2019.

This lesson is a knowledge-based CE activity and is targeted to pharmacists and technicians.
