Activity Description:
Pharmacy preceptors need the background and tools to empower their learners to face challenges as opportunities for improvement, facilitating lifelong learning, along with personal and professional growth. This session will discuss the background and importance of fostering a growth mindset in learners on rotation, including understanding growth mindset and how it has shown to be beneficial and able to improve performance. 
At the completion of this activity, pharmacists will be able to:

1. Compare and contrast growth and fixed mindset.
2. List strategies to foster growth mindset in learners on rotation.
3. Employ strategies to foster growth mindset in learners on rotation.

Texas Pharmacy Association (154) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Continuing education will be provided to participants who completed all course requirements.
